Corporate structure

 

AGP Partners Srl. is a joint venture between Loss Adjusters Fire Gest Srl. and the John Amos Partnership Srl. created expressly to provide insurance clients with a qualified single platform for the handling of complex claims.

 

Fire Gest Srl. was founded by Ing. Marco Guazzini in 1984 and rapidly became the reference name for the adjustment of complex industrial losses. His partner Dr. Pierluigi Puccetti, a qualified economist rapidly expanded the company which now operates three wholly owned offices strategically positioned in Florence, Siena and Rome.

 

The John Amos Partnership Srl. was founded by John Amos in the 1980's and follows the traditions of Chartered Loss Adjusters having trained in the United Kingdom and qualified in 1979. The head office is near Alessandria in northern Italy.

 

AGP Partners Srl. expresses the combined experience of both companies and provides a single platform for the provision of seamless loss adjusting services to international clients through its network of owned offices, IT and communications facilities, and dedicated management and support team.

 

AGP Partners Srl. is privately owned and free from external investor involvement thereby guaranteeing total independence. AGP Partners Srl. is represented internationally by the Context network of integrated Loss Adjusting companies.

 

Code of Ethics

 

AGP Partners Srl. operate a total transparency policy with clients and before accepting a professional appointment verifies whether potential conflicts of interest may exist and our ability to act with the expertise required to the best interest of the client. AGP Partners Srl. adopt a policy of charging fair fees and have no other sources of remuneration, neither do they accept gifts or inducements.

 

Professional competence

 

AGP Partners Srl. their management and adjusting team hold internationally recognised Loss Adjusting and other professional qualifications. We have a policy of Continuing Professional Development required by the various professional bodies to which we belong by examination.
